A form product for factory teams, rebuilt from scratch to replace the one 92% of customers use every day, without ever switching it off.
What I've done
- Rebuilt the company's most-used product from scratch: customers build their own forms, a daily check, an inspection sheet, a 5S audit, then schedule them and run them on a tablet on the shop floor
- Owned it end to end: program management, discovery, delivery and migration
- Ran the new product alongside the legacy one, so no customer lost a day of production
- Validated it with the largest customers before committing the build capacity
